The third place on our list goes to Tudor City. This is an amazing Manhattan neighborhood. Not a lot of people who aren’t from New York City have heard about this neighborhood. And that is a good thing as it is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in the city. The average home price sits at around $420,000. The location of the neighborhood isn’t that bad at all either. It is located on the far east side of the island of Manhattan. There is even a park in the neighborhood as well.

    Boerum Hill

This is another Brooklyn neighborhood on the list but we have to mention them as they are indeed affordable and stylish neighborhoods of New York City. Boerum Hill is a great neighborhood for living with children if you ask us.
