But when you compare this to Upper West Side, for example, or any neighborhood in New York City really, you realize that for New York City it is a very affordable price to pay.     The third place on our list goes to Tudor City. This is an amazing Manhattan neighborhood. Not a lot of people who aren’t from New York City have heard about this neighborhood. And that is a good thing as it is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in the city. The average home price sits at around $420,000. The location of the neighborhood isn’t that bad at all either. It is located on the far east side of the island of Manhattan. There is even a park in the neighborhood as well.

    Boerum Hill

    This is another Brooklyn neighborhood on the list but we have to mention them as they are indeed affordable and stylish neighborhoods of New York City. Boerum Hill is a great neighborhood for living with children if you ask us. And if moving to Boerum Hill with children, you can always ask experts to give you a hand with relocation no matter how long or short distance it is.
